On 14th-15th of December 2011 on initiative of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine within the frameworks of the joint Project “Public Finances Modernization” with the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development the training on the theme: “Automation of the process of planning of the control and revision work based on risks estimation of financial breaches committing by the controlled entities” was held.
Implementation of the Project “Public Finances Modernization” was discussed in the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine on 4th November 2011. Manager of the Project Mr. Cem Dener, and both economists Ms. Svitlana Budahovska and Mr. Oleksiy Balabushko presented the mission of the World Bank. Ms. Olena Chechulina Deputy Chairman of the MainCRO participated in the meeting from the leadership of the State Financial Inspection.
According to the Plan of Attraction of external assistance of the European Commission within the framework of TAIEX Project for the Ist half of 2011 in the period from 23 till 25 May 2011 representatives of the MainCRO visited the Inspectorate General of Finance of the Portuguese Republic (hereafter – the IGF, the Inspection) with the purpose to study the issue of organization of the public financial control system as a whole and automation of the relevant processes in particular.
On 18-19 April this year within the framework of cooperation of the MainCRO and the Agency of the International Technical Assistance of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts, Civil Service and State Reform of France (ADETEF) and according to the Action Plan on cooperation for 2011 French colleagues came to the MainCRO.
An expert mission of representatives of the Inspectorate General for Finance of the Portuguese Republic (the IGF hereafter) was held on 7-8 April 2011 within the frameworks of the TAIEX project. Inspector-General Jose Maria Leite Martins and his Deputy Jose Antonio Viegas Ribeiro arrived to the MainCRO in order to share European experience on coordination of the decentralized inspections in the line ministers.
On initiative of the MainCRO on 29 March this year Deputy Chairman of the MainCRO Denys Krasnikov hold introductory meeting with the representatives of the Program of Fight against corruption of the United States Department of Justice of the U.S. Embassy – advisor on legal matters John Engstrom and a specialist on Legal matters Anna Iemelianova for establishment of bilateral cooperation and identifying of directions for the future cooperation.
