The fourth
component of the Twinning project "Assisting the MainCRO
in establishing a new system of the public internal financial control",
provides training of the employees of ministries and other central executive
authorities on the issue of internal control and internal audit, experts of the
state control and revision service on improving revision and audit activity,
and also training the "trainers", who in the near future, without any
involvement of foreign experts, will carry out the training.
The first training for the part of the stuff of
the Department of
Public Internal Financial Control Harmonization of the MainCRO was held from 23rd to 27th of
March of the current year. The other experts of the Central Harmonization Unit
successfully completed the training on the 15th of September this
year. This time the educational event was held by the coordinator and an
advisor of the Twinning project Ruslana Rudnytska.
The goal was to improve knowledge and skills of
the staff of the Central Harmonization Unit in conducting trainings, in usage
of some instruments and methods of teaching. During the training there were
considered some aspects of communicative relations, peculiarities of different
forms of education, e.g. classical, training and coaching. Attention was also paid to the art of
educating adults and to the opportunities of solving the problem of conflict of
interests in communication and holding educational events. A special attention was
paid to the instruments and methods used in conducting training and to the
elements of an efficient presentation. The participants of the training had an
opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice. The program
included preparation and carrying out of presentation. The video material of
the presentation was later discussed and assessed by the group and by the trainer.
The value of the training is that the experts
of the Central Harmonization Unit will use the obtained knowledge and the skills
for introduction of the public internal financial control.
The certificates for the participants of the
"training for trainers" are being prepared.
