In the course of briefing of the Chairman of the Main Control and
Revision Office of Ukraine Mykola Syvulskyi,
hold on the 29th of September in the Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine, journalists asked about the state of readiness of objects that are
built within the framework of preparation of the Euro-2012 and were
checked by the control and revision service. In answer to this Mykola Syvulskii stopped on the
results of the control measures, carried out by the Service, in particular, criticized
faults, made by the State Administration of Kyiv in the course of solving
problems. It gave rise to tendentious presentation of content of answer of the Chairman
of the MainCRO on briefing in the mass medias.
The Main Control and Revision Office of
Ukraine calls of mass medias’ attention to the
following.
The Government of Ukraine provided the proper organization and financed to
the full extent, did and does everything for successful preparation and holding
of the Euro-2012. In
particular, construction of the National Sports Complex «Olimpiyskiy»
is going at forced pace. In other towns of Ukraine
- Harkov, Donetsk,
Lviv, where finals of the Euro-2012 will be hold,
works on creation of necessary infrastructure continue.
Meanwhile the problems of local authorities concerning preparation of
holding of the Euro-2012 are in view of the MainCRO.
In their actions more often than not there is aspiration to disburden their
problems upon the Government and «squeeze» the funds on objects which should be
financed from the local budgets out of the state budget. For this purpose objects
with the low level of construction readiness are included into the category
«Euro-2012». In future the MainCRO will also counter to
such facts of non-execution of obligations by the local authorities and to
aspiration to solve the local problems at the expense of the state budget.
The MainCRO declares that according to data of
control, carried out by the state control and revision service, preparation of the
Euro-2012 is realized successfully and presence of the problems in preparation
of some objects can not throw doubt upon the successful holding of such measure
of great importance.
