On the 25th  of  September, 2009 the short-term expert of the Twinning project, IT-audit specialist of the Ministry of Finance of Italy Giuseppe Florio  made a presentation "Management in inspection programs: Information models and methodologies" for auditors and IT-specialists of the MainCRO.

Over 20 years of Italian experience on management and control of EU resources is  inestimable for Ukraine in the context of perspective of disposal of EU structural funds on its own territory, as envisaged in the draft of a new Association Agreement, talks about concluding of which are held between Ukraine and EU.

In the course of the meeting it was shown methodology of work of Italian Public Finance Inspecting Services, reporting scheme about work results and theoretic elements of inspector's work. Especially, process of rationalization of inspector's work based on information from different data bases, system of "early warning" about possible deviation of financial indices from fixed parameters.

 Also Standard Cobit 4.1, used for design, modeling and support of information systems, developed for performance management of executive authorities was presented.
