On the 12th
of March 2010 Fedir Yaroshenko
introduced the new Chairman of the MainCRO Petro
Andreyev to the collective of the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine.
He is appointed to this
post according to the Executive Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.
387-r of 11 March 2010.
Curriculum vitae of
Petro Andreyev
Petro Andreyev was born
on the 2nd of September 1964 in the village Yarove
of Tarutynsk district of Odesska
oblast. In 1981 he finished the school and entered the Agricultural Institute
of Odessa on specialization “Orcharding and Viniculture”.
He started his working
career in 1986 as agronomist of the division of the State Agriculture Farm “Yarovskyi”.
He served in the
Soviet Army.
In 1987-1991 he
worked as agronomist-entomologist, chief of the Department of Intensive Culture,
chairman of the Collective Farm “Peremoga” in the
village Perizhna of Kodymsk
district of Odesska oblast.
From 1991 he became
a graduate student, junior research assistant of Russian Research Institute of
Economy of Labour and Management in Agriculture 
(Moscow); Deputy Director
on Economy of Russian Research Design and Technologic Institute of Organic (Vladimir).
He is Candidate of Economics.
In 1994 he was appointed to a post of
Deputy Head on executive work of Yuzhnensk Local Rada of the National Deputies (Yuzhne,
Odesska obl.).
In the system of
the state tax service authorities Petro Andreyev started to work in 1997. Till
1999 he worked as Deputy Chairman – Head of the Department of STS in Odesska oblast.
In 1999-2003 he held a post of
Chairman of STS in Sumska oblast.
During 2003-2005 he
chaired the Main Division of Tax and Custom Policy of the Department of
Consolidated Budget, then – the Department of Tax and Custom Policy of the
Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
From August 2006 till December 2007 Petro Andreyev worked
as Chairman of the Main Control
and Revision Office of Ukraine.
From 2007 till 2008 he worked in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In 2009 he worked
as a General Director of the Centre of Public Agrarian Cadastre.
