On the 19th
of May 2010 representatives of the MainCRO met the
delegation from the Netherlands
Kingdom again, namely:
Jan van Tuinen – coordinator of technical assistance
of the Netherlands Ministry of Finance, Rosalind Boschloo
– project coordinator of Agency for International Cooperation, Bas Verberne – Unit Manager of International cooperation of the
Netherlands Academy of Finance and Economics and also Ruslana
Rudnytcka.
The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation
Between the Main Control and Revision Office of
Ukraine and the Netherlands Ministry of Finance was signed in the course of
this meeting.

Chairman of the MainCRO Olena
Chechlina greeted visitors on behalf of the
management of the MainCRO. She expressed her respect
and appreciation to foreign partners for their initiative in providing with the
technical assistance and also underlined the importance of bilateral
cooperation in the sphere of the PIFC system reformation.
In
their turn, experts from the Netherlands Government estimated well the work
that was done by participants of the project from Ukrainian and Dutch parties
at the preparation level.
Jan van
Tuinen presented draft report on inception of the
Project implementation. After this Parties commented such document.
Head of the
Department of PIFC Harmonization Maksim Tymohin told in details about the strategy of organization
and carrying out of trainings and pilots, supported by the Netherlands Ministry
of Finance and PAUCI.
Parties discussed the draft Project of Public Internal Financial Control Introduction in Ukraine at the regional level, developed during the previous work meetings and decided that it absolutely corresponds to requirements and expectations of both parties within the
cooperation.
At the
end of the meeting Ukrainian and Dutch partners planned to carry out the next
discussion about the process of the Project advancement at the end of September
current year.
