On 2nd
July this year Chief of the Unit of the Competitiveness and Development of the
Tourism of the Directorate of the Tourism of the General Directorate of the 
Competitiveness, Industry
and Services of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Services of France Joel
Burk; representative of the Service of General Economic and Financial Control
of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Services, Member of the
Interdepartmental Committee of Audit of Budget Programs of France Rene-Mark Viala and also an expert of ADETEF Alisa Rozanova
came to the MainCRO.
From
the Ukrainian Party representatives of the MainCRO
and the State Service of Tourism and Resort greeted French experts. Bilateral
event was organized in order to consider and to discuss the matter of an assessment
of the public policy concerning development of the tourism in particular in the
perspective of organization of Euro 2012, within the framework of cooperation
of the MainCRO and the Agency of the International
Technical Assistance of the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment and
the Ministry of Budget, Public Accounts, Civil Service and State Reform of
France (ADETEF).
Director
of the Department of Inspection in the Sphere of Education and Science of the MainCRO Iryna Guryeva
opened the meeting and paid her respect and gratitude to foreign partners for
the readiness and wish to share an experience with Ukrainian colleagues in
particular concerning an assessment of the public policy in the sphere of the
tourism.
Mr.
Burk began the presentation of the French experience and defined participants
of the process in the sphere of the tourism of France, he told about aspects of
financing of the tourist sector, pointed out that the program 223 “Tourism” in
France defines functions of the economy and acts in 4 directions: promotion of
the tourist image of France, an economy of the tourism and development of the
tourist activity, policy of the assistance of the rest accessibility and
support of the program “Tourism”.
After
the presentation of Mr. Burk Chief of the Department of the Financial and
Economical and Investment Policy of the State Service of Tourism and Resort Olga
Sokolova expressed the gratitude for the invitation
to participate in this round table and outlined the present situation in the
tourist area in Ukraine,
dwelling separately on problem matters.
Rene-Mark
Viala familiarized participants with peculiarities of
the assessment of the public policy and the budget program of France
“Tourism”. He covered peculiarities of carrying out of control in the sphere of
the tourism, principles of an assessment of the public policy, aims and indexes
of the activity, quantity and efficiency.
Nextly the work of the round table was
organized in the form of “question-answer”. It should be noted that
participants arrived at an understanding as Ukrainian and French Parties were
presented by specialists of the tourist area and those who carry out public
financial control in this sphere by themselves.
At the
end Iryna Guryeva thanked
to French colleagues for the presented experience, she pointed out that
received information would be very useful for Ukrainian specialists as well as
expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation.
