Public Internal Financial Control Development in France

In the period from the 28th of September till the 3rd of October 2009 a group of specialists of the MainCRO of Ukraine, the State Treasury of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine went on a study tour to France at invitation of General Financial Inspector and Coordinator ADETEF on Ukraine Ms Daniele Lajoumard.

Representatives of the World Bank discussed reformation of the public internal financial control system with specialists of the MainCRO.

On the 1st of October this year a meeting of specialists of the MainCRO with the leading specialist of the World Bank on public sector William Dorotynsky and economist Oleksiy Balabushko was held, in the course of which the matter of reformation of public internal financial control in Ukraine was discussed.

The MainCRO of Ukraine declares that preparation of the Euro-2012 is fulfilled successfully

In the course of briefing of the Chairman of the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine Mykola Syvulskyi, hold on the 29th of September in the Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, journalists asked about the state of readiness of objects that are built within the framework of preparation of the Euro-2012 and were checked by the control and revision service. In answer to this Mykola Syvulskii stopped on the results of the control measures, carried out by the Service, in particular, criticized faults, made by the State Administration of Kyiv in the course of solving problems. It gave rise to tendentious presentation of content of answer of the Chairman of the MainCRO on briefing in the mass medias.

Three years in a row the MainCRO holds large-scale events for top management of ministries and other central executive authorities on development of public internal financial control.
In March last year the MainCRO jointly with the Ministry of Finance and the Twinning project held a seminar "Importance of Establishment of Public Internal Financial Control System in Ukraine".

Current state of reformation of the public finance management system and ways of coordination of work in this direction were considered at the “round table”

Representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the MainCRO and the State Treasury met on 18th of September this year on the premises of the MainCRO at the “round table” chaired by Deputy Chairman of the MainCRO Ihor Stefaniuk with the view to consider current statue of reformation of the public finance management system and ways of coordination of work in this direction.
