Another activity of the Twinning project – training of "trainers" – has been completed.
|

|
The fourth component of the Twinning project "Assisting the MainCRO in establishing a new system of the public internal financial control", provides training of the employees of ministries and other central executive authorities on the issue of internal control and internal audit, experts of the state control and revision service on improving revision and audit activity, and also training the "trainers", who in the near future, without any involvement of foreign experts, will carry out the training.

The pilot project of implementation of a new system of internal control over revision process in the MainCRO, conducted in 2008 within the framework of Twinning project “Assisting the MainCRO in implementing a new system of Public Internal Financial Control (PIFC)” proved the necessity of review of the present Program of Formation and Further Training of Civil Servants of SCRS bodies.

On the 6th of August this year representatives of the MainCRO participated in international videoconference on the theme "Control activity in the context of preparation of considerable sports competition. Experience of France", that was organized at initiative of the MainCRO and under the aegis of Association of Public Importance “Promotion of Exchange of Economical and Financial Technologies” under the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment of France (ADETEF).

National specialists together with the European colleagues passed successfully a two-week training held in the Netherlands

The training course “Public Finance Management” was organized by the National Academy for Finance and Economics of the Netherlands and EVD International Business and Cooperation under the MATRA programme of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“Finish line” of the cycle of the internal audit training

According to the Action Plan approved by the Governmental Executive Order of 22 October 2008 No. 1347-r and to the plan of the Twinning project implementation “Assisting the MainCRO in implementing a new system of Public Internal Financial Control” the third stage of the internal audit training for officials of state authorities was completed in June-July 2009 on the MainCRO’s base.
